Love love LOVE Salon M! Started coming here to follow my stylist (shout out to Jenna, she is the BEST, so knowledgeable and the only person I trust with my hair) and it's so much nicer than where i was going before. It's a beautiful environment, the staff are so friendly and personable, and I always leave feeling well taken care of and beautiful!
I tried several months ago when the salon first opened to make an appointment, but the girl working the front desk was snooty and rude, so I changed my mind. However, this spa has EVERYTHING I needed all in one place, so I decided to try again. I am glad I did, as yesterday I had a great experience. First of all, the person at the front desk (Ashley, maybe?) was very friendly when I called and when I arrived. I scheduled some waxing and hydra facial with Emily. Emily is AHMAZING, and I will return for a regular facial soon. I appreciate her knowledge of the products, and she tells you everything she is doing. After a bad haircut, I was very nervous to try a new place, Jenna was wonderful! She spent a lot of time listening to my concerns, then explaining what she could do for me. The result was wonderful!
