“Called Dean at 9:15 pm, was on the phone for a couple minutes, he said he would be right over. Less than 15 minutes later he was in front of my house. His thoughts conveyed on the phone of the problem turned out to be accurate. 15 minutes later my unit was running and cooling down the house.
