Our home flooded for the 3rd time in Harvey and we decided to tear down our flooded house and build a new raised home. After looking at several big box builders and after discovering the lack of flexibility in their pricing system, we found Justin Henry and Zander Homes. At the beginning of the process Justin finds out what is important to you in your house (ie, wood floors, wood railing or iron, etc).
