    I’ve only been going here for a few months but it has quickly become my favorite time in my week. I already feel so much better. I’m relaxed and stretched and so much more body aware.

    Yoga Heart Studio needs to be tracked down, as it hides out in a small office building on a main street. The studio is very clean, bright and well stocked with all kinds of props. During the day, the natural light is a big plus. The teachers I have taken class with are very experienced, attentive and teach from their hearts. You can tell that the students have been attending class here for a while; they are warm and welcoming. It is a great place to come learn more about yoga, to deepen your practice or just begin.

    I am writing this as a criticism for the owner of this studio, Selise Stewart. I am currently taking part in a yoga teacher training that is destination based, meaning we partake in 2 week-long immersions and have homework assignments in between. One part of our homework assignment is complete 10 observation hours at any yoga studio of our choosing. I have been trying to vary my experience so that I am exposed to as many different styles of yoga during my training as I can, and thus have been trying out new studios all over town.
