I recently visited XPEL Houston to have my Tesla tinted after booking an appointment based on Tesla's recommendation. Initially, I only planned to tint the sides and back windows. However, after seeing the excellent work they did, I decided to have the windshield tinted as well.
This is where my experience truly went above and beyond. After working on the windshield for two hours, the store manager called me over to show me an issue they had discovered inside the glass. Instead of simply handing the car back to me, they made the decision to remove the entire tint and return the car until Tesla could fix the issue.
I have had 3 vehicles protected with XPEL - first one in 2013 and my latest in 2024. When I sold the 2013, the buyer commented on how excellent the paint looked - that was after almost 9 years with the same XPEL PPF on it. The Houston XPEL shop is top notch - and they stand behind their work - any follow-up needs are address quickly and professionally. XPEL is the best PPF, IMHO.

Recently had XPEL put a no tint UV protection film on my BMW's windshield and sunroof. I picked them because of their great reviews and reviews of the XPEL product. I am not disappointed by either. The people working there are professional and just plain nice. I drove home on a sunny day with my AC off to test the film. It was warm but not hot in the car. Looking forward to a more comfortable summer!
