Been taking my pets and my mom’s pets here for awhile now whether it be an exam, neuter or recently Oreo her overweight tuxedo cat had a life threatening blockage and could not urinate. He is alive now thanks to the team!
When it comes to customer service and kindness to my furbaby,I give them a 4..But lack a star in their flexible payment options;I was having issues getting my payment to go through because money was tight..The Vet actually acted like it was checking other things when actually he was trying to check how I was trying to pay..How rude and invasive. Not cool.
Nice! Friendly staff. I walked in w/o an appointment on a Saturday and they examined my dog quickly. Full blood test with results in under 30 minutes. Dr. Prakash Bommala's "bedside manner" is great and he explained everything to me clearly. Clean environment. Fair pricing.
