“I replaced our windows back in April and wanted to wait a few months until posting a review.

Josh was very professional and answered all of our questions during and after our visit, to include next steps needed for financing. He was also very respectful of the meeting time slot (2 hours), as he was aware that we had another window sales person coming in right after him.

After we made the decision to go with HWE, we were handed over to Erin, who was very responsive to our questions regarding the status of manufacture, delivery, and scheduling of the installation.

When the install date finally arrived 9 weeks to the day of order, we were pleasantly surprised by Milton and his team. We anticipated a two day job, but luckily had two crews that day and finished in one. Having had experiences with multiple contractors over the years, this was by far our best experience. The quality of work was excellent, but what really stood out to us was the attention and care given to cleaning the windows and work area after completion. If I hadn't been at home all day, I would have never known that construction work had been done.

When Hurricane Beryl hit, a couple of our windows started leaking. HWE honored their warranty and identified/fixed the leaks and patched/painted the minor damage done during the original window replacement.

“Avana Windows in Corpus Christi was wonderful to work with on the replacement of the windows in our house on N. Padre Island.We are out-of- state residents that recently purchased the house and discovered that single pane, leaky windows, have icicles on the inside when the outside temperature drops to 24 degrees! So we contacted Wendy and Natalie at Avana Windows and asked for quotes to replace all the windows and add a storm door to the front entranceLong story short. We signed a contract via email, flew from our out of state home and met with S&T Construction contractors who took measurements, the windows were ordered, installation was scheduled, I booked a flight to be present for R&R of the windows. “I came about a month ago as I ordered on sears part a replacement glass for my fridge that was measuring too big. After talking to the lady at the front desk and explaining what happened she told me that they could have cut a piece of the right dimensions for cheaper. I ended up returning my order and getting a piece cut by them. The only unfortunate event is that they had forgotten about me till they saw me going to pick it up but they were very quick to remediate. Good to know where I can get my replacement for 90$ cheaper next time.“
