You can never anticipate what time she'll even be in the office. Good luck trying to get anything out of the weekday receptionist. It is obvious she doesn't care for her job or anybody else there. I wish I can give less than 1 star. Do not come here.

My family and I have been coming to Viet Tax for years to get out me taxes done. She stays very busy around this time of year so it's best to call in advance before showing up to set up an appointment with her receptionist. She is very helpful and has been doing this for years! Come check her out

Worst place ever!When calling the place, takes forever to answer, once get a hold of someone, got hung up, then had to call back. Had to call many times before I can talk to someone.Unorganized, unprofessional, bad communication. Went into to write checks to pay, but for some reasons our tax return never got sent to IRS, we didn’t even know until we asked for the file back and they couldn’t find. We told them we need the paperwork, very important because we are trying to buy something, these people move at snail pace. So I ended up having to send the file out myself while still having to pay fee when the return hasn’t been sent to IRS for a few months.Never going...read full review
