my son brought his dog there today. I don't know who was on duty but they did not need to give him and his girlfriend info about rabies testing right before they watched their dog be put to sleep. plus they didn't give him any sedation to help him calm down....this whole thing was a disaster! from the 2 techs to the vet that waited to order any type of sedation
whoever it was was heartless and very rude. you just don't do that knowing that they were already upset and going through the emotional decision to have to do what they did.
I hope whoever said that to them sees this and know there is a special place in he.. for you!

Dr. Flowers and staff did an outstanding job from customer service to the diagnosis and treatment of our dachshund. They are compassionate and caring people. They not only do a great job, but they love their jobs and it shows. I would like to make a special shout out to Diana. She is amazing and really cares about your fur baby and you as the customer.

After she lost control of her rear legs due to IVDD, it was a very stressful and overwhelming time. Your team ensured she received the specialized neurology surgery she urgently needed.
