Great gym run by great people. They constantly check in with members to talk about current goals or help in general. That personal touch is invaluable and not something I’ve experienced in most gyms in the past.

I have been coming here for about 10 months. It has been delightful. Starting in the old gym, suffered through barely discernible AC and questionable lighting during a hot Houston summer.
What a difference a new location makes! Lights, AC, gorgeous bathrooms. Room a plenty to do your exercise regimen.
My personal coach, Stephanie, is awesome. She is friendly, encouraging, and know just when to tweek what you're doing to keep it challenging. Try her out.
