This is a scam company! We always pay our tax before due date. Yet, we get delinquent mails from this company. The first time I got it made me really worry, so I went online double checked my balance on the county website is $0. I had also called the assessor’s office to double confirm. Don’t pay them!
This company works with my water utility company, Harris County W.C.I.D #74, to process the water utility tax payment. This place is not a scam like other reviews mentioned. The employees here are very nice and have great customer service. Pay your taxes, don't lose your home over non payment.
So the new address is 406 West Grand Parkway South, Suite 260, in Katy, Texas... and also 16758 Telge Rd, in Cypress, Texas... in case I go missing since I'm asked to appear to the Katy one tomorrow or my water will be shut off
