Alvaro is amazing - he has a table warmer and a fan and I love both- he applies the desired amount of pressure and I always feel that the tension build up in my trapezius and rhomboid muscles are alleviated after his services. I usually book 90-120 minutes. Alvaro and the front office staff are why I cancelled my contract with Massage Heights.
Bertha, My masseuse is talented& strong. Customer service is lovely. All the masseuses are great. They pay attention to all the details. I've been coming here since they opened 9+.
Elizabeth was very attentive to my needs. Previous masseuses were either too soft or too hard and was never really satisfied until yesterday. It was the most pleasant massage that I have ever had at Urban Day Spa. I plan to use her for any of my future massages going forward.
