Called to request for help on finding 3 Noritz Hot Water heater parts. Chuck was very nice, patiently took the numbers, helped to call Noritz to locate the parts (vs. other local supply companies not interested/willing), and called me back. Thank you!

After several days of running around with my hot water heater company about filing a claim (finally got that) I drove to Universal plumbing and they took care of me like I was family. Was in and out in thirty minutes with a replacement water heater and great customer service. Will definitely visit again for any plumbing needs that might pop up in the future. Chuck and the guys were great!!!!

Business is in downtown area, I didn't realize it was there. Staff was very helpful and they actually had what we were looking for. The product loaders also very nice and professional. This place has a good vibe, will come here again.
