Unique is a small hair boutique with a friendly atmosphere. On my first visit I was somewhat disappointed because I had to buy my own "kinky" hair for the braids. I had never bought hair before and her recommendation didn't seem correct but I bought the hair. When I arrived at my appointment someone was in the stylists chair. I was upset because I thought it would take hours to finish. To my surprise she was finished in 1/2 an hour and had finished me within an hours time. Wow! The braids lasted for a month with no fuzziness, after 4 washes. My own upkeep was plenti oil for scalp and hair and gel for the edges. I have been twice now and always get plenty of complements on my braids. "Braids for life."

I was considering finding someone new to touch up my hair. Not that my last hair stylist wasn't good, but I need more options. Sera was able to assure me of some of my other options, although it would require more upkeep. I'm ready! My next review will be after I get my hair done next week.
