Staff on floor very attentive and helpful as for the one cashier Aminah who was rude. I understand it’s a busy day and you ready to go home but don’t get an attitude when I tried telling her I wanted to use my Ulta reward points she seen my account in the beginning and she didn’t bother asking if I would like to redeem them and then asked her a question about gift cards again same attitude trying to rush me to pay. Next trip I’m definitely gonna avoid her!

I was fortunate to meet with the most kind and helpful professional Jenny she help me answer a few questions about a man’s facial skin problems and skin care routine. Extremely happy. FYI I was the clueless man who wanted to take care of my face.
