The battery in my laptop developed a problem. After checking on several repair shops I found that the New Forest ubreakifix had received much better reviews than the other shops I was looking at.When I took it in they did a very good job of explaining their troubleshooting are repair process. They also provided a quote up front. The price was reasonable so I authorized the repair.They got the new battery in the time frame they said. They had it installed and the laptop checked out the same day.All of the folks I dealt with were great. I would definitely recommend them for electronics repairs.

I had previously used UbreakIfix for phone repairs in the past. This was the first time I used them to repair a tablet. However, there were no issues. The store quoted a price, gave me an estimated repair time (my parts had to be ordered), and they completed the repair within the quoted timeframe. I recommend them.

Amazing staff very informative and helpful.Makes the propositions and answers my questions clear, concise accordingly, and accurate. Stays true to their word getting the job done within 2 hours or less, Ian and jasmine helped me from dropping off and picking up, showing me that they enjoy their job and value their customers. Also they have a good taste in music as I wait for my device.
