Just had Top Star do deep cleaning on my AC ducts and clean out my dryer vent (which turned out it was a fire hazard in the making and I had no idea how bad it was). I highly recommend them and here is why: 1) On the phone when I called them, they were willing to discuss prices. Almost all the other companies that I called said they couldn't discuss prices over the phone and had to come out and see the house. Honestly, I hate that because if they are too high it just wastes my time and theirs. Henry was great! Very thorough, excellent communication and showed up right on time! He took pictures every step of the way and walked me through his findings to resolve our dryer vent issues. I put in the request late the prior night and he arrived the next morning. Total time on site was quick, but without shortcuts. Pricing was fair, so we will continue to use for routine maintenance.
Henry was the expert on site today. He worked w quickly and efficiently. He educated me on some faulty decisions my home builder made which has now created problems for my dryer vent.
