Took 2 dogs and a cat to TLC over the past 10+ years, and I shadowed there in high school, and I have absolutely loved them. Dr. Richardson took care of my family dog when he was old and then when he was passing, and the team was so amazing. I shadowed them and some other clinics in the area when I was in high school and I always felt the staff at TLC was the most caring and accommodating of them all. Even when I wasn't living in the area, I brought my dog with me when visiting family so they could get their check ups at TLC. TLC Animal Hospital was amazing to me. Dr Kuecker loves your animals as her own and is such an amazing person as well as a veterinarian. I am so blessed to have had her through everything with my senior dog, as she was diagnosed with diabetes and started getting seizures she was extremely helpful. Even while putting her down she was amazing and supportive throughout the entire process. The vet technicians and front office people are all very friendly, helpful and kind as well.
We started with TLC in 2020 after moving to the area and they have been our vets since then. Dr. Richardson has been there through our senior cat’s last moments and was very hands on during my dog’s cancer diagnosis last year and her untimely passing due to it. The staff there knew and loved our babies and took such good care of them during appointments and when we boarded with them so many times. The tech who helped with my cat’s passing cried with us and loved our French Fry (dog) a great deal.
