Coming to this clinic was the best experience I could have hoped for during one of the saddest moments so far in my life. From the first phonecall until after my cat's final heartbeats, the ladies that we saw yesterday were incredibly sweet, compassionate, loving, and cared for myself, my husband, and my elderly cat. She had started really displaying what we strongly suspected was neurological deterioration, and the veterinarian gave us all of our options with literally ZERO pressure to make any specific decision. Losing a pet is never easy, but the team at Thrive made this incredibly difficult time as peaceful and compassionate as possible. They treated our beloved dog with the utmost respect and kindness. The staff were patient, and understanding with genuine empathy.
We were deeply touched to receive a beautiful arrangement of flowers sent in his name, a gesture that brought us comfort as we grieve.

I felt comfortable taking my cat there. Very friendly and professional staff. The prices are very affordable and they don't push any services on to you to make money. They care about your pet. This is our second pet that we've taken to Thrive and will continue. Thank you for the Great service.
