I have been going to The Perfect Workout River Oaks for over 4 years now. I started with Liz and now train with Rick, and both are amazing trainers. My strength and flexibility have improved exponentially, and my workouts keep me active and pain free so that I can enjoy my young and energetic children. Despite lifting very heavy weights, I never worry about injury as these trainers are extremely knowledegable and help me to perfect my form. I always look forward to my sessions and have learned so much. If you are looking for personal training,...read full review

I started these workouts tentatively for a month, but I already feel a difference and am going from once a week to twice a week. Bryan is knowledgeable and encouraging. Glad I gave it a try and looking forward to how I feel month-by-month.

Gyms are not my thing. Workouts in general are not my thing. But functional strength I have made a priority and the Perfect Workout gets me there with the minimum amount of time giving me the power to continue gardening and hiking, two activities I do love. Great trainers keep you moving for maximum benefit in minimum time. I have confidence that between the slow, targeted movements and supervised training with emphasis on good form will not result in injury. And for over 5 years that has been my experience.
