As someone who gets dozens of massages each year as a form of self-care, I can confidently say that this was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Obi's skillful technique and attention to my needs truly set this session apart. Signed up for a membership with The Now and had my first massage today with Cynthia! She was super knowledgeable about the body and its points, and even taught me how to massage/guasha the face and body properly. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience and I highly recommend experiencing what they have to offer, especially if you’re looking to add some self care time into your health + wellness regimen.
