Okay, I started with a negative review, but I take it back lol. I don't love the prices but the quality of the work is good. I hate to leave negative reviews anyway, especially when the good times outnumber the bad, but trust, it was justified. My appointment was canceled after I was already there & all I was told was that I wouldn't be serviced. Homegirl just decided not to show up. I was extremely pissed because not only was this the day before a holiday, but I just felt like there was no type of accommodation made, no notification, not even a simple apology smh. Ah, got it! Here's the revised version: I've been a loyal customer of the luxe experience since it opened. Whether I've had plenty of notice or decided to drop in spontaneously at 5 AM, 5 PM, or even midnight, their flexibility always impresses me. Recently, when I opted for knotless braids, I appreciated that despite scheduling my appointment on the same day, my hair was prepared, and the process was efficient, taking about four hours. I was super nervous bringing my 3 year old daughter to get her hair braided for the first time, but from the moment we walked in Sydney was super sweet. She went out of her way to make sure my baby girl was comfortable. She was very patient with her in her tender-headed moments and over all just really sweet in calming her down with "Princess magic". My daughter looked super cute and loved her hair. Sydney and the experience was a 10/10! Def recommend
