I would advise not going there. They charge a 4.125% commission on the TOTAL price. That's a lot. Also they were only able to refund me in ... Cash. Super convenient when you're about to leave the country ... This is a review about the company. The employee was nice.

Thanks to Genesis for being very patient and efficient with our tax back. We had a lot of purchases and didn’t have everything that was required. She explained the procedure and waited until we had everything in order. Great customer service.

Best tax refund place i know the employees are so nice the atmosphere is really great. its true the commission fee is 3.5 percent from the subtotal and 3 dollars per store but its way better then tax free they charge you half of your taxes and they check for every single merchandise that you have and Texas tax back is at least one item per store way better then carrying a lot of bags they give your money fast with the new employees. most people don't read the signs in before walking in and wait in line for noticing that they stores don't have contract with Texas tax back.
