I have been doing taxes here at Texas Income Tax for more than 9 years, and I am more than satisfied with the service and help they give me. They are always available to help with any question or general issue. I recommend 100%.

Have been coming here for all my taxes, never had an issue. Staff here is always professional and fast. The office is remodeled now, providing beverages if needed and very professional and comforting atmosphere. They also have more staff to attend their clients, I was in and out.

edit: they did my taxes WRONG. probably why they aren't following up with me. now i have to spend my time protesting with the state because of this unresponsive office. unbelievable and unprofessional. i am owed a refund from this office due to their mistake and they never even reached out to apologize. they did my federal and new york state taxes, and gave me a refund estimate and a balance for what i owe. my state came back to say i owe more than double of what the balance was. i have been trying to get in touch with the office via phone and email. and they have been so unresponsive. i got one response from janie who answered my phone call and actually did my taxes,... read full review
