edit: they did my taxes WRONG. probably why they aren't following up with me. now i have to spend my time protesting with the state because of this unresponsive office. unbelievable and unprofessional. i am owed a refund from this office due to their mistake and they never even reached out to apologize. they did my federal and new york state taxes, and gave me a refund estimate and a balance for what i owe. my state came back to say i owe more than double of what the balance was. i have been trying to get in touch with the office via phone and email. and they have been so unresponsive. i got one response from janie who answered my phone call and actually did my taxes, and she said she would look into it, and i have received no response for almost 2?3? months. i would not put such an important aspect of your finances in this office's hands. i am very disappointed.
