I don't understand your hours of operation, if someone makes an appointment at a certain time, and you aren't open, what kind of business is that? Please be more responsible and professional to be at your workplace on time. Not the first time I sit in the parking lot waiting for the barber to arrive to an appointment I'd already scheduled in advance.

How is one supposed to know or make an appointment if the appointments they give are only for barber shops, it doesn't say appointments for tattoos, they don't answer the calls and they are never open. I've been a thousand times and they are always closed. I don't understand what work they do.

I came last night for a tattoo and It came out to be the worse tattoo!! When I told the artist JR he got a little upset. Now I have something on my skin that looks horrible. Please does anyone know who can fix tattoos?
