I was promptly greeted when I arrived, but they need to improve on their insurance knowledge because the receptionist was trying to turn me away and had a slight attitude because I was questioning what she was telling me, but we got past that and I was seen quickly after I paid my copay. The medical staff was so caring and the service I received was beyond the best!!! Thank you Dr. Cruz and staff!!
Quick appointment for my gf, nurse on staff today was amazing. They diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and got us home quick so I can make sure she rests up and we get meds tomorrow morning.
I came 2 weeks ago with 2 deep cuts on my pinky and ring finger after realizing a bandaid wouldnt fix this. I was greeted as soon as i walked in, took about 10 minutes to check in, complete paper, then i was called back right away. Dr Richards was professional, efficient and very kind and handled my cuts with care. I got 11 stitches in my fingers and she called the next day to check on me. When I came back 10 days later for stitches removal (had 11) that visit was only 20 minutes. Thanks so much!
