This studio is absolutely stunning inside! It’s definitely a gem in Houston with its own gated parking! Each of the teachers take their craft very seriously and provide very detailed instructions/ help with posing! It’s a great environment for beginners, or people who’ve been practicing for a long time. They are very helpful without any condescension! Each time I step foot in the studio, I know I’m going to have an amazing practice!
I can't say enough good things about Krista and Kobra & their studio. I have been taking classes for about 5 months so far and really enjoy their warmth, compassion and Pilates knowledge. My body feels stronger and I look forward to my workout sessions with them. Even my overall breath work is better. I can't recommend this studio enough.
Studio owned by 2 sisters. I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Kobra & Krista are awesome instructors & they are very patient. Their studio is spotless & all equipment are sanitized after each session. They make sure you get the most out of each class. I always leave feeling refreshed & relaxed.
