    It maybe a good place for patients, and I believe it is, but their HR Dept is the worst! They never call you back or followup on anything, if you can get someone to pickup the phone. I understand they are busy.

    However, my wife worked her knuckles to the bone, admirably according to everyone, for this Hospital, and we have an outanding tax return because they refuse to send her her last W2 form before she left for MD Anderson. That is no way to treat a highly regard supervisor.

    My stay was pretty good but nurses staff really was bad had to wait whenever I push the call button sometimes an hour pp a few good nurses here good to come to the emergency room poor service when you have to stay in rooms been here five days it really sucks

    My very first visit here was horrible.With a referral from my OB to see a hgh risk doctor I came in through the E.R on May 13, for pain at 16 weeks affecting pregnancy. I encountered the worst treatment during triage from Mid-level (Fayedra Hatfield,NP) the empathetic,discourteous she showed tells alot about her character.
    I was ask Rhetorical questions about my reason for being there for treatment. If other previous medical intervention didn't help. Just straight denied to render aide,after I explained to her I deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity as I given her and I came in expecting to be seen not told it's not much I can do.... read full review
