Perfectly fine Sport Clips, but Sport Clips as a national organization has to get their act together. Web site wouldn't let me make a reservation because there was no wait, arrive five minutes later to be third on line. And the tvs aren't working, defeating the purpose.

Well it's been a long time since I've been to a sports clips establishment and I was completely blown away by the service Leticia was my stylist and she is a very polit's young lady who had recently moved to Houston. Her service was professional and courteous An all around good experience. After my cut she informed me at no extra cost a shampoo was available and they do a hot towel wrap-around your face during the massage shampoo. She had told me that they just started including that in the price I was also impressed by the check-in process which most had already done so online I only had to wait 28 minutes although they were very busy.
