I called the El Camino location because a Fed ex driver was trying to make a delivery to them, and the person that answered the phone hung up on her. She asked if I knew where it was. Google maps said I was a 2 minute walk from the business, but there's no sign anywhere, I didn't even know they had an office nearby. The guy that answered the phone was really rude and suspicious. "Who the hell are you and what are you trying to deliver?" Over and over. I stated several times that I wasn't delivering anything, I was calling for the Fed ex driver that couldn't locate their business. The guy I asked to quote me on the phone wouldn't explain the most basic questions like whether a closet is considered an area or not and he just hung up on me then proceeded to call me back and hang up on me again. Very unprofessional. How do you expect to get any business if you can't explain your services to them, have a basic website without pricing, and hang up on your possible customers?
