From the time I stepped foot into the spa door it felt like they were waiting on me and were beyond attentive to my needs through out my process. Everything was explained perfectly and what to expect. Everything was clean and QUIET for relaxation.

As a black woman, it is super important that we feel inclusive environments. We often have to read the room to see if this is a place who are open to us. I can tell you I felt like a distant family member here. After my services were over I was served tea and the woman that was there (maybe the manager or owner) came out and talked to me and explained their Moroccan culture, allowed me to try some snacks, and just really catered and asked if there was anything else I needed.

“TL;DR - I was having terrible hip pain and Lizbethe cured me when nothing else was working! --------------- I have been going to Panacea for massages for about two years now. I like them because they are close to my home, and have great scheduling options. The massage therapists are fantastic and always kind. I went yesterday due to a bad hip strain and back pain to try to get some relief. I saw Lizbethe and told her about my sore hip. I gave no specifics to the injury or what happened, just that I was hurting. I had tried everything - ice, ibuprofen, the doctor, rolling, stretching, you name it. I was getting no relief. Lizbethe is a miracle worker. She spent a ton of time on my low back and hips, finding all the problem areas and incorporating different varieties of pressure and techniques to help release. I feel AMAZING. I can sit without pain, slept great last night, can move freely since a back surgery I had a year ago, and am so so grateful to her. She's an amazing massage therapist. Go see her if you need some work done!“
