My mother recently passed and had set everything up with this company. The cost seemed reasonable. Then, when it was time to unpack the "urn" they provided, it became unreasonable. The "urn" they provided for roughly a thousand dollars looked like it was made in a middle school woodshop class. Made of cheap pine wood with hot glue carelessly done. Most of the inside wasn't even done correctly. When I reached out to confront them about this obvious prey on older people, the representative told me she thought we had a good working relationship.
