Assistant manager, “ FEDERICO AKA FREDY” he is a mess. Unprofessional and incompetent for expectations.

Clearly, five years of service has not made him 5 start.

Silversand, please step up your game and get a qualified supervisor, with knowledge, On setups. Re- staging. and plant control and a leader who technicians can Count on.

After multiple attempts to reach out to Silverand Services over the span of several months, I find it necessary to share my experience in this review. My initial contact was made on June 1st, during which I observed a landscape worker engaging in careless weed whacking next to my vehicle while stopped at a red light. This unfortunately resulted in a significant rock being propelled into my windshield, causing noticeable damage.Following numerous conversations with different individuals, I was eventually able to connect with Jose, who appeared more receptive to assisting me.
