I was so impressed with the crew that just installed our roof yesterday/today. Keep in mind that yesterday was a Sunday and also Father's Day! They realized it was going to be raining today in the Houston/Atascocita area which is when we were initially scheduled for however, I had work to do out of town so the VP Tyler Turner, who is so friendly, yet professional and incredibly knowledgeable about roofing, was able to get a large crew out to our house and they worked from dusk until dawn yesterday and only had to complete a few small things today because it got too dark to complete. I can attest to Jeremy’s (Sienna’s owner) personal and professional character. We used Sienna to install a whole home generac generator. At a time when many companies were price gouging, Sienna didn’t take advantage of a short term situation and instead provided the fair and transparent pricing that was missing from the bid I received from other companies. The install wasn’t without a few speed bumps, non of which were the fault of Jeremy or his company directly. What mattered most to me was he took complete ownership of the situation and smoothed out those bumps immediately. No questions, no finger pointing. He owned the process and took care of it. I called Sienna the day of the hurricane and they had someone out the next morning to assess the damage, tarp over the damage, and talk me through my options.
Wesley was fantastic to work with. He was very communicative throughout the process, and did great work. Most of all, I appreciate his patience as he talked to me about my options for repair or replacement with guidance on navigating a possible insurance claim.
