At Shudokan Aikido we teach traditional Aikikai Aikido. We emphasize effective self-defense, personal discipline, and a solid understanding of Aikido principles. We offer adult and children's classes at all levels from beginners to advanced black belt techniques, and train in a respectful and cooperative environment. We are affiliated with Suginami Aikikai, Tokyo and Aikido World Headquarters (Hombu Dojo), Tokyo.
