Shans Carpet was nothing but professional. The sales rep was very responsive and communication was excellent. The install crew were exceptional too. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves every night. This was a great project and I would use the them again if I have another project.

All I can say is WOW! I had a 2,000 sq ft LVP flooring job that needed to be done quickly and they delivered! I was surprised because other “flooring experts” were quoting ripping up tile and the old floors which was “necessary”. Obviously it wasn’t and my new floors looked amazing. From consult to completion it was 3 days. They were professional and took care and pride in their craftsmanship. I am very picky about my house and especially my floors and I do not have a single complaint or concern. Thanks y’all for such a great job.
