Guasha Therapy is NOT your conventional therapies or your typical 'feel good' massage. I work on the computer all day and had constant stiff pain throughout my body (mainly in my back and neck). Sara used the techniques of quasha therapy to improve my blood circulation and helped with my neck/shoulder pain. I could feel a major difference days after my massage and plan to come more frequently! Sara has been practicing holistic guasha for over 20 years and you can definitely tell she knows what she is talking about.

I have been going to Sara Kim Holistic Guasha massage therapy for 14 years and have always felt so much better after. Any issues I have had Sara has found the problem and treated the source. She has also focused on healing through these aspects: spiritually, mentally, and physically.I have had over 30 Guasha sessions with her. Back story: I am in my 30s, eat fairly healthy, average weight, no health issues.I've been going to Sara for over a year now. Originally, decided to go bc I was in this selfcare mindset and I started getting monthly treatments at the chiro, facials, etc. and discovered lymphatic massages.
