Worked with Dawn since 2018, had a good start but a few years later she was impossible to get a hold of. For over two years now the operations manager states "we are playing catch up." This has cost my business money (late fees she said she would reimburse and has not), no response from Dawn in over 6 months via Liscio, email, or phone. Today after meeting with my new accountant I discovered the bad advice she gave me re: payroll that cost me big $$$. Do not recommend working with Sabo.

My husband and I convinced she would be extra communicative when we hired her to do our first married joint tax filing. Empty promises and constant follow up. I think we hired her in December or January and she didn't make the April deadline and filed an extension. All summer we would check in to see how things were going and were constantly promised a response when Dawn was "back from vacation". We never received responses from Dawn and many of our questions went unanswered. I started services with Dawn back in November. Initially, it was great as she answered many of my questions; however, things quickly went downhill after the engagement letter was signed.Taxes were due March 18. I recieved no updates on the status of my documents. I had to follow up a couple times, which they took offense to. They had to file an extension... not the end of the world, but then they would continually give me dates that would come and go with no updates.I finally recieved my tax documents this past week.
