Shows why they are a preffered contractor.<br><br>Beryl tore up our roof and I requested inspections and roof replacement quotes from several highly rated contractors, including from Bustamante. Bustamante did an awsome job of temporarily tarping my roof at my request when they came out to do an inspection. Their roof replacement cost for the Ownes Corning roof replacement was fair and competitive when compared to the quotes I got from other contractors. Frank was was upfront with me about the options I had available to me and was very helpful and prompt with answering my questions and providing me with additional information that I requested. They were flexible with me and scheduled me for the day I wanted for the roof replacement job.<br><br>The team showed up early as prearranged around 7 am, and began to lay protective tarps around the entire property to catch fall8ng nails and debris. They carefully moved all my plants and furniture to a safe distance away from the exterior walls. Part of the crew started to remove the old shingles and old underlaymentn as others hauled away the removed materials and disposed it in the trailer dumpster that they brought. The new Owens Corning roof materials were brought into the driveway early by forklift. The crew worked non stop unit lunch break. At this point they had already installed more rhan half of the new roof. Afterwards they restarted work and was done with the actual install and clean up by 6 pm. As part of the clean up thry used magnetic rakes to comb the perimeter of the house for dropped nails. They replaced all the plants and funiture to their original location and removed all traces of trash.<br><br>I was very impressed that they did the entire job in 1 day, since the weather coorperated. After the crew packed upn Frank walked the entire perimeter of thr house with men and was very attentive to details about the finished work. He noticed a tiny piece of packaging material attached to one of the shingles that I didnt even notive, and he went back to the truck, pulled back out the ladder and climbed the roof and removed it. He took drone shots of the roof before, and after the job and sent them to me. He also sent me reciept of payment and the warranty certificate for the new roof. Frank also followed up with me the following day, and the following week to see how we were doing.<br><br>All in all we are very satisfied with the customer service and workmanship that Bustamante provided for us.<br><br>I wanted to say thank you to others who posted reviews, as they were very helpful in making the decision to go with Bustamante.“
