Chandra G was our sales rep and she was great. On time for our appointment to look at our home, and gave us some great tips when at the showroom selecting our carpet. Communication was great and installation appointment was set - and the crew arrives right on time. Sebastian and his crew were very good and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There was a minor issue with our staircase on how the builder had finished them - but they gave us their recommendation of how to mitigate and the job was completed perfectly. Would recommend Roberts Carpet and will use them again if needed.
