Had a good long wait and therefore an expensive parking rate as a consequence. Parking should be subsidized when you come for your visit and have no control on the time of the process.
I normally have a excellent experience at this clinic. This wasn't the case this time. My vision is changing, it's like knowing your body period. Dr Lee I found out was retiring and he's been such a good doctor for me and has always answered any questions and made sure that I understand. This visit was off. I explained to the tech that I was having light seizures and couldn't take the vision test because it would seem like I'd gone to sleep but wasn't. The time normally spent with the doctor was very limited which was very unusual and different. This was my first visit to this clinic and was really happy was the interactions with the staff in all areas. Dr K is a winner in my book.
However, whoever is responsible for keeping the seating in order, is out of order. Each station, Blue/Green whatever, had soiled, over-worn Upholstery. It's very noticeable. Get that cleaned up and you get 5 stars in my book!
