This cremation center was very efficient and their customer service is outstanding! I live 45 min away and Adrienne personally delivered the urn I purchased for my dad’s memorial service so that I’d have it in time. She and James walked me through every step of the cremation process and the costs and everything in between. She spoke with me like she’d known me for years and made me feel supported through the loss of my father. She and James are very patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely utilize their services in the future.
