I’ve an out of state client and I’ve gotten several keratin treatments on my hair here. I actually won’t let anybody else do my hair. I don’t mind the distance because I leave with my hair always feeling beautiful and healthy. They take their time and really know what they’re doing. I love everybody who works here. Everybody is SO nice and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to see them again.

If you need anything lymphedema related, go see Kristen! I found this place by doing a google search around me. After having no success with setting up an appointment somewhere else, I called Ricky Knowles Hair & Wellness. When I say Kristen is God-sent, I absolutely mean it. I've been suffering with lymphedema for 4 years and due to the pandemic I had to go back into treatment. After treatment I met with Kristen. My recommendation is to meet with her before or during your treatment so that she can set you up for success once you reach the maintenance phase. Kristen provided me so much helpful information but what she did for me was provided solutions to accommodate my life. Her energy and positivity made me feel so much better about living with this chronic condition. If you're reading this review and looking for assistance w/lymphedema garments, you probably need her services. Schedule the appointment. You won't regret it.
