I have been using Rich Cleaners for about a year now. I take business uniforms when they need cleaning and I also take my personal dry cleaning here as well. Mimi's customer service is exceptional. She is always friendly and happy to greet her customers. They do a great job on the laundry and dry cleaning as well. I have no complaints. Their prices are also fantastic which is what brought me here in the first place. But I will stay a loyal customer because of Mimi and her customer service!

I brought my wedding dress in for alterations less than one week before my wedding day, and it was ready on time anyway. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed like family, and that was really nice. There’s something about giving your business to people that make you feel that way. The cost was more than expected, but it was good work and done very quickly, so it was well worth it.
