I’d reiterate what people are saying about Jonathan. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the possible problems with our unit and the corresponding solutions, but I was more impressed with his desire to find the right solution for me and my family. He obviously cared about our well-being (he took a call at 11:30 PM offering multiple solutions for the issue). He also prioritized solutions from need to fix, might need to fix, and fixes that would optimize the unit. He pushed for the first to be completed but remained consultive and transparent for the cost/benefit analysis of the other solutions. Can’t speak highly enough of Jonathan and Revolution. They came out on a Sunday, within 24 hours of calling, to diagnose our AC issues. He was efficient, thorough, professional, and happily explained what was going on with my system. After identifying the root cause (evaporator coil leaking fluid) he walked me through all of my options, and helped me identify that my system was under manufacturer warranty. He never once pushed Revolution on me, just explained what they could do for me, but gave me all the info I would need (serial #s, etc) in one place should I choose to go in another direction.
