Reny Plumbing is a 5+ star company! Chris and his team are pinnacle at their trade. We could not have asked for better service and are so happy we decided to have Reny Plumbing install our brand new underground sewer lines! This was a big project and Reny Plumbing executed this flawlessly, and on time. If you want a family owned business who makes you feel like family and who does great work at a great price then give Chris and his team a call.
We had the opportunity to work with Reny Plumbing twice in the last two months. They replaced our under slab plumbing while we did foundation work. They did high quality work and really coordinated well with the main contractor Jericho Foundation. I was impressed with their ability to do the work right and timely so we could use our main showers.We also experienced pipe damage on our exterior tankless water heater during the recent freeze. Chris came out the next day and fixed our broken pipes and upgraded them from PVC to PEX. Chris quickly responded and showed up when he said he would. This was a huge help to get water back on at our house.
After 2 days with no water due to a freeze-related leak, I spotted Chris Reny working 4 houses from mine. I walked over, explained my situation, and asked if he could help me. I was actually stunned when he said yes. Chris had 4 helpers with him. One of the helpers came to my house and located the leak. In about 45 minutes, Chris came over and fixed the leak in 15 to 20 minutes. I also watched Chris and his group repair one of the leaks at my neighbor's house, and thought they did an excellent job on a leak that turned out to be rather difficult. Please note that I had called three of the "well-known" plumbing companies in my area. I had existing relationships with two of those companies because I'd used them within the recent past. I was assured by each of those companies that my pre-existing customer relationship would put me on their priority list. Not one of those "well-known" plumbing companies has yet responded to my request for the pipe repair, and it's been 3 weeks since I had to turn the water off. In the future, I will call Chris Reny, and not bother wasting my time calling the "well-known" plumbers.
