Carolina was great. It was not awkward on the table. She kept up great conversation and the process was almost (ALMOST) painless. We have to be realistic, though, there's going to be a bit of a sting in some areas. But even though I haven't had a wax in probably a year, it didn't hurt nearly as much as the last time I had one.The entire thing took a total of 30 minutes for a full Brazilian. She has a light hand and delicate touch.

Very nice waxing spa. The owner is amazing, super friendly, and kind. I didn't have anyone to watch my infant, and she told me to bring her and was kind when my daughter would get fussy. She handed her the bottle and played with her.Besides that, the place is very, very clean, the service was good, and she really made sure no hair was left. Make sure you call and schedule an appointment.

I returned to Renude this summer (2022) and am thrilled with the consistent service Carolina provides. She is thorough, easy to talk to, and super professional. When she took a deserved vacation and I had to get service from another business, my experiences at Renude outshone both the process and final product of the other business.
