Eduardo did a stellar job of overseeing the replacement and installation of 12 windows over a 5-day period. I cannot say enough about my satisfaction with the windows, the installation, and overall process from purchasing to installation. I highly recommend Renaissance Windows & Doors.
Eduardo did a great job of fixing our door and Ashley was amazing in taking care of us with the appointment and making sure that the warranty covered it. We love our Doors and really appreciate the service and getting the broken internal lock taking fixed In an efficient manner.
Shout out to Renaissance Windows & Doors for replacing my back door. The Builders did such shotty work with this door that water would leak into the home on a bad storm. Even after many attempts to patch it with their people and contractors it was time to replace it and so we did. You can be assured that they will take care of you if an issue arises after the fact as well. ?
