The coordination and collaboration with our insurance company was seamless and quick. I was provided notifications of when material would be delivered prior to the start of the project and when the crew would be on site. The entire project was completed in a day with the cleanup and final inspection done the next. Kent's commitment to great customer service is exceptional. Kent is Very professional! Excellent communication with insurance company. Great quality of estimate which could easily get approved by insurance. Overall very much satisfied with his work. Referred to my friend and will continue referring him for any roof work. ????????

We recently had a storm damage our roof in La Porte, we could only notice that there were shingles missing but when Kent came by he noticed there were other damages too. The entire Refined Construction Services staff were very professional and cleaned afterwards making sure everything was back in its place. And Kent took care of our insurance needs and made sure we were getting everything taken care of. We were so happy with their job that we even referred them to our parents in Pasadena (they also contracted them and are very impressed with their service) we will both do services again with them in the future. We highly recommend them !
